Malapetaka Si Cantik Fatimah Labisa Pumila di Banyumas (True Story)

Saya akan menceritakan
di antara peristiwa yang pernah saya alami. Saat itu saya sedang
berdinas di RSUD Banyumas, di Jawa Tengah. Juga sebagai gambaran, RSUD
Banyumas saat itu adalah rumah sakit negeri yg cukup diminati pasien
dengan kebersihan setara hotel berbintang.
Saya menerima pasien yg
datang dengan kehamilan pertama, usia kehamilan 9 bln. dan telah mulai
masuk persalinan dengan kontraksi rahim yg teratur serta pembukaan 2 cm
lebih kurang jam 7-8 pagi. Hasil perekaman jantung janin tunjukkan bahwa
janin dalam kondisi baik serta mampu melakukan persalinan. Berhubung
pembukaan masih kecil, jadi pasien diistirahatkan di kamar sembari
menunggu pembukaan bertambah.
Waktu itu saya full day
tinggal dirumah sakit 24-7 alias 24 jam serta 7 hari. Waktu saya tengah
istirahat sore jam 7an malam, mendadak saya dikejutkan berita dari bidan
jaga yg menginformasikan bahwa pasien tersebut kesakitan serta waktu
dilakukan perekaman jantung ternyata denyut jantung telah tidak ada
alias janin telah meninggal. Suami pasien serta keluarga pasien
marah-marah serta menyalahkan saya dan penanganan yang diberikan.
Waktu saya lakukan
kontrol, saya menemukan keadaan yg tidak wajar. Pembukaan masih 2-3 cm
dengan kontraksi yg sangatlah kuat yang seperti kontraksi pada pembukaan
8-9 cm. Saya merasa pasti ada yang tidak beres, waktu saya tanyakan ke
keluarganya, adakah diberikan `sesuatu` awalnya mereka tak mengaku. Saya
minta bidan saya memeriksa ke kamar pasien adakah yang mencurigakan
sembari saya selalu menguimpulkan info dari keluarga pasien.
Mereka masih tetap
berusaha menyalahkan penanganan rumah sakit atas meninggalnya janin itu.
Tetapi pada akhirnya bidan jaga menemukan ada rendaman `rumput` serta
gelas di kamar pasien, serta barulah keluarga pasien itu mengakui.
Ternyata pasien telah
diberikan minuman rendaman rumput fatimah waktu di kamar rawatan, serta
ini diluar pengetahuan dokter. Seperti kita kenali bahwa `rumput
fatimah` (Labisa pumila) datang dari Timur Tengah serta memiliki sebutan
lain seperti Kaf Mariyam (bhs arab) yang bermakna `telapak tangan
mariyam`, serta sebagian orang barat menyebutnya juga sebagai Mawar
Jericho. Tanaman ini memiliki efek uterotonik alias dapat menyebabkan
kontraksi rahim. Kontraksi rahim yang ditimbulkannya dapat mengakibatkan
persalinan, oleh karenanya sebagian orang memakai tumbuhan ini untuk
`memperlancar persalinan`. Akan tetapi takaran dosis tidak bisa di
pastikan, dengan demikian batas aman juga susah diputuskan. Seandainya
suatu zat dapat mengakibatkan kontraksi, jadi dalam kadar rendah dapat
`memperlancar persalinan`. Namun pada kandungan yg tinggi ada bahaya yg
mengintai, yakni bisa mengakibatkan kontraksi yang berlebihan atau over
(istilah medisnya : hiperstimulasi). Keadaan inilah yang sangatlah
beresiko dikarenakan dapat menyebabkan janin tak mampu sampai bisa
meninggal, atau bahkan juga rahim yg tidak sanggup sampai dapat robek
serta mengakibatkan meninggalnya ibu serta janin.
Oleh sebab itu, saya
selalu himbau untuk semua pasien, keluarga pasien, kenalan, relasi,
tetangga dan lain-lain supaya menyebarluaskan bahaya si cantik Fatimah
ini. Janganlah sekali-kali mengonsumsi rumput Fatimah ini waktu janin
masih di dalam perut, tetapi bila bayi sudah lahir, silakan saja mau
minum seberapa banyak anda ingin tidak akan ada masalah.
