Ambil kesempatan emas doa mustajab antara adzan dan iqomat. Ngiringin amalan harian. Pelajarin zikir/wirid yang diajarkan Nabi saban2 habis shalat fardhu. 33x ini 33x itu. Ini jangan ampe ditinggal.
Dijalanin juga. Tar hidup terasa enteng. Ringan. Ga kayak ngejar bayangan dalam nyari rizki. Adem idup.
Kalo 100 hari dirasa berat, coba 3 hari dulu. Jajal dengan kekuatan penuh. Jangan ada yang bolong & ketinggalan. Terus tingkatin 7 hari, 14 hari, 21 hari, 40 hari, terus sampe dah ke-100 hari. Habis itu langsam, jangan ditinggal. Syukur2 sekalian aja dah, tahajjudnya, minimal 2 rokaat aja mah. Waktu emas nih. +dhuha. Walo juga minimalis 2 rokaat. Al Qur’annya dibaca 1 halaman+artinya, +dihafal 1 ayat+artinya.
Sempurnain dengan sedekah, nuntut ilmu pake bismillaah, kerja pake bismillaah, usaha pake bismillaah, tutup pake alhamdulillaah. Apabila mata bisa sekalian dijaga, telinga, lisan, hati, pikiran, selama ngetrack di jalur 3, 7, 14, 21, 40, 100 hari, tambah cakep dah.
