yang menikah dengan seorang pria berusia 27 tahun, mereka berdua hidup
dengan sangat susah karena mereka sangat miskin.
Bagi mereka, untuk melahirkan seorang anak laki-laki bukanlah hal yang
gampang. Karena perawatan yang kurang baik, kedua ibu dan anak ini
berada dalam kondisi yang membahayakan ketika sang ibu akan melahirkan.
Sang ibu mertua pun ingin supaya menantunya bisa selamat, tetapi

senang hati memberikan beras hasil rendamannya sendiri kepadamu untuk
kamu taburkan di jalanan, itu artinya orang yang memberikan beras itu
sedang meminjamkan nyawanya untukmu."
Setelah mendengar perkataan tetanggannya ini, si menantu ini pun sangat
kaget hingga meneteskan air matanya. Ibu mertuanya benar-benar orang
yang sangat baik. Sejak ibu mertuanya tahu bahwa menantu menderita
penyakit kanker, setiap pekerjaan rumah dikerjakan oleh si ibu mertua
setiap hari sehingga sang menantu pun bisa beristirahat dengan baik di
