Setiap wanita, yang telah baligh, sudah pasti bakal memperoleh siklus
bulanan yang tetaplah, menstruasi. Usai menstruasi, seseorang Muslimah
diharuskan mandi junub atau masyrakat kita menyebutnya keramas. Untuk
yang telah menikah, mandi junub kelihatannya nyaris mustahil dikerjakan
sebulan sekali. Mungkin saja sepekan sekali. Mungkin saja satu hari
sekali. Nah, bagaimana seseorang Muslimah mesti lakukan mandi junub?
Tata langkah mandi untuk wanita, dibedakan pada mandi junub serta mandi
sesudah haid atau nifas. Untuk tata langkah mandi junub untuk wanita,
sama juga dengan tata langkah mandi untuk lelaki, seperti yang sudah
diterangkan diatas.
Cuma saja, wanita yang mandi junub dibolehkan untuk menggelung
rambutnya, seperti dijelaskan dalam hadis dari Ummu Salamah, beliau
ajukan pertanyaan :
“Wahai Rasulullah, saya seseorang wanita yang
gelungan rambutnya besar. Apakah saya mesti buka gelungan rambutku saat
mandi junub? ”
Beliau menjawab : “Jangan (anda buka). Cukup anda menyela-nyelai
kepalamu dengan air tiga kali, lalu guyurlah kepala serta tubuhmu dengan
air, hingga anda sudah suci. ” (HR. Muslim no. 330).
Serta ‘Aisyah radhiyallahu ‘anha berkata : “Kami (istri-istri Nabi) jika
salah seseorang di antara kami junub, jadi dia mengambil (air) dengan
ke-2 telapak tangannya tiga kali lantas menyiramkannya diatas kepalanya,
lalu dia mengambil air dengan satu tangannya lantas menyiramkannya ke
sisi badan kanan serta dengan tangannya yang lain ke sisi badan yang
kiri, ” (HR. Bukhari : 277 serta Abu Dawud : 253).
Di bawah ini, ringkasan tata langkah mandi junub seseorang Muslimah yang disunnahkan yaitu seperti berikut :
Kemauan (Menurut beberapa ulama kemauan itu tempatnya di hati).
Membersihkan tangan terlebih dulu sejumlah tiga kali sebelumnya tangan
itu dimasukkan dalam bejana atau sebelumnya mandi.
Bersihkan kemaluan serta kotoran yang ada dengan tangan kiri.
Membersihkan tangan sesudah bersihkan kemaluan dengan menggosokannya ke
tanah (atau lantai) atau mungkin dengan memakai sabun.
Berwudhu dengan wudhu yang prima seperti saat akan shalat. Menyiramkan air ke atas kepalanya tiga kali.
Mengguyur air pada kepala sejumlah tiga kali sampai hingga ke pangkal
rambut atau kulit kepala dengan menggosok-gosokkannya serta
menyela-nyelanya (Tak harus untuk wanita untuk mengurai ikatan
rambutnya).
Mengguyur air ke semua tubuh diawali dari segi yang kanan kemudian yang kiri.
Sesaat untuk mandi lantaran haidh serta nifas, tata langkahnya sama juga
dengan mandi junub tetapi ditambahkan dengan banyak hal di bawah ini :
Pertama : Disarankan Memakai Sabun.
Hal semacam ini berdasar pada hadis Aisyah radhiallahu ‘anha, yang
ajukan pertanyaan pada Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam mengenai mandi
wanita haid. Beliau menerangkan :
“Kalian sebaiknya mengambil air serta daun bidara, lantas wudhu
dengan prima. Lalu menyiramkan air pada kepalanya, lantas
menggosok-gosoknya agak keras sampai meraih akar rambut kepalanya. Lalu
menyiramkan air pada kepalanya. Lalu engkau mengambil kapas bermisik,
lantas bersuci dengannya. ” (HR. Bukhari no. 314 & Muslim no. 332)
Ke-2 : Melepas gelungan, hingga air dapat hingga ke pangkal rambut
Hadis diatas adalah dalil dalam soal ini : “ lantas menggosok-gosoknya agak keras sampai meraih akar rambut kepalanya.. ”
Hadis ini tunjukkan kurang dengan cuma mengalirkan air seperti mandi
junub, tetapi juga harus digosok, seperti orang keramas menggunakan
